Horticulture Therapy Practictioner
The Horticultural Therapy Practitioner delivers inclusive gardening and nature-based activities to support wellbeing, build confidence, develop skills, and strengthen social connections. You’ll work with individuals and groups, including volunteers and people with a range of support needs, adapting activities to encourage participation, independence and personal growth. Alongside this, you’ll help maintain productive gardens, support local food-growing projects, engage with schools and community groups, and contribute to events and activities that make Let’s Grow Preston’s gardens welcoming, accessible spaces for everyone.
