About the Club
Workshops
The Let’s Grow Preston Gardening Club is run by a local charity with one simple aim: to help people reconnect with nature and learn sustainable gardening skills.

Each session includes:

A 45-minute talk from a qualified, local horticulturalist

A one-hour practical gardening activity
-
Handouts, demonstrations, and local supplier advice
You don’t need any experience — just curiosity and a willingness to give things a go.
What to Expect

Some specialist sessions are offered as Premium Workshops, including:

Sessions are hands-on, relaxed, and suitable for beginners and improvers.

Holiday Gardening Club
Designed for families to learn and grow together.

✔ Runs one weekday during each school holiday
✔ One adult + up to three well-behaved children
✔ Maximum session length: 2 hours
✔ Hands-on, creative gardening activities

Great for children to learn where food and flowers come from — and get a bit muddy!
